3C Affiliate Membership Application Form

Affiliate Members’ Qualifications

A person who accepts 3C mission and the following requirements can apply to become an affiliate member of 3C Centre if the person:

(a) accepts the objective and respect the Faith of the Centre;
(b) would not promote other religions on all activities run by the Centre and in the Centre’s premises.

Affiliate Members’ Benefits

Affiliate members are entitled to enjoy all the benefits of membership ( i.e. Affiliate members can enrol in specific 3C courses, workshops, seminars etc. at discounted prices and can enjoy special offers as provided by 3C Sponsors.) except that they have no right to vote and no right for election as governing committee.

Annual Fee

The amount of the annual fee will be determined by the Centre Management Committee. Any changes determined by the committee will be communicated to the members. Affiliate members must, upon receiving notice of membership acceptance, pay to the Centre the annual fee.

Cessation of Affiliate Membership

A person ceases to be an affiliate member of the Centre if the person:

(a) dies, or
(b) resigns membership, or
(c) is expelled from the Centre, or
(d) does not pay the required annual membership subscription within 28 days of the due date of payment.

*Upon cessation of membership of an affiliate member, no person shall be entitled to a refund, either in full or in part, of any monies paid to the Centre in respect of the member’s membership.

*The Centre values the privacy of its members. All personal information of members collected and retained by the Centre will be treated as confidential and is protected by the Privacy Act 1988.
